Unfortunately, the call log and user settings will be reset - when reinstalling the module, the tables storing this information is re-created. You can save the data by making a backup of the aoic_UserPhoneNumbers and phonecalls tables, and after installation, deploy them back. We will check the documentation, maybe there was a way to save data when installing the module, but before it was not there.

For correct work you need to remove current module and install the new one.
There is the same config for new module and it is should be stay after remove the old module.
It does not look like there were any errors in the module, maybe some data problems. Can you provide a remote connection to CRM, for example, through TeamViewer?
