Hi James,
Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. Just to understand the issue better and try resolve the issue could you please let us know :
- What version of SugarCRM you are using (Sugar Professional 7.5 / 7.6 / 7.7. , Sugar Enterprise 7.5 / 7.6 / 7.7.,etc) ?
- Have you configured the 'Main Chart' and 'Secondary Chart' on the Org Chart admin page ?
- What happens exactly when you click View Org Chart' action on Accounts view ?
- IS the org chart working as expected on the Opportunity page ?
- Did you try performing a Quick Repair & Rebuild (Admin > Repair) in SugarCRM and then try accessing Org Chart from Accounts view? A quick repair and Rebuild will rebuild appropriate sugar files (JS,etc).https://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Troubleshooting/Running_Quick_Repair_and_Rebuild/index.html
- Do you have any code customisations on the Accounts module?
- Is it happening for all users or any specific user ?
Regards, Vijay

Hi There,
Thanks for your response.
I'm quite not able to reproduce the issue . Can you please take a look at the demo instance and see if your instance has a similar setup ?
Demo instance URL :http://suitecrmorgchart.demo.loadedtech.com.au/suitecrm/index.php? Sample Opportunity record displaying Org Chart : http://suitecrmorgchart.demo.loadedtech.com.au/suitecrm/index.php?module=Opportunities&action=ShowOrgChart&record=9ad67607-7522-d689-e98d-55af97674423

Hi There,
Apologies for my late response. A couple of questions to understand further:
Are you able to see the Org Chart link in the Suite CRM Administration page ? Have you setup the layouts for Opportunity and Accounts int he Org Chart Administration ?
If no, can you please try these steps
Go to Admin > Organization Chart In the Organization Chart Admin page , go to the 3rd section of the page where you can see 'Opportunity Layout Options'. Here, drag and drop the items from the "Hidden" box to top "show Opportunity org.chart" box. For ex. in the order of Title, Opportunity Fields, Main Chart, Secondary chart, Legend, Subpanels. Once done click "Save Opportunity Layout" button to save the changes. Revisit the same Opportunity record you have been working on and click Edit > View Organisation Chart. You should now see all the org chart info displayed here. You can right click on each node which will display a menu of roles you have configured, upon selection you will be able to see the colour coding you had configured for the roles on the admin page. Likewise you can configure the Subpanel to be shown on Org Chart page as well from the admin page using drag & drop from the "Opportunity Subpanels List".
Please try the above and let me know how you go.
Regards, Loaded Support.

Hi Caroline,
Thank you for re-sending through the screenshots. I see that you have not configured the layout for the Opportunities Org Chart page . At the moment you have configured only to see the Account Fields. You will need to manually configure the layout.
You can do so by :
- Go to Admin > Organization Chart
- In the Organization Chart Admin page , go to the 3rd section of the page where you can see 'Opportunity Layout Options'.
- Here, drag and drop the items from the "Hidden" box to top "show Opportunity org.chart" box. For ex. in the order of Title, Opportunity Fields, Main Chart, Secondary chart, Legend, Subpanels.
- Once done click "Save Opportunity Layout" button to save the changes.
- Revisit the same Opportunity record you have been working on and click Edit > View Organisation Chart.

Hi there, did you set the colour codes manually through Admin / Loadedorgchart settings? Could you please attach a screen shot of that part of the Admin page so we can take a look? Thank you.

Hi Japio - sorry we have figured out the issue. The version of our plug in that is on Sugar Outfitters is the Sugar 7.x compatible version. I am going to email you the version that is compatible with Sugar 6.5.20 shortly. Apologies for the mix up.
