Dear Synolia Team,
I finally upgrade my SugarCRM to 7.9.3 and I tried to install again the plugin but I have an error during the installation. The installation is block at 66%.
I have this error during the installation : PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on boolean in /[ROOT_SUGAR]/include/MetaDataManager/MetaDataManager.php on line 2391, referer: https://[URL]/index.php?module=Administration&view=module&action=UpgradeWizard_prepareHere the line in the file MetaDataManager.php : return $this->getCache()->get($this->getCachedMetadataHashKey($context));
Do you have an idea of the error cause ?

Thank you for your answer. I downloaded that zip file SUGAR_SYNOGENERATEDOC_7.6.0-to-7.9_20170728.zip from my purchase panel but I still have the problem. In the module loader, the version is still 20170718.Can you give me the last number version I should have ?

I just tried to edit a subscriber in Mailchimp and the list is correctly sync in sugar.

Thanks for the info! The outbound requests are already allowed to *.mailchimp.com & *.sugaroutfitters.com, but we are indeed behind a proxy. I was not aware of any extra configuration for SugarChimp, I configured the proxy using SugarCRM administration->System Settings, but I'm still getting this error.
Can you describe me the special configuration that needs to be done? In the meantime I will ask the IT team to grant access to the IP you mentioned, and allow them to perform inbound requests.
