Haha. I don't think John or Jane would like receiving duplicate campaign emails anyway, so that's good. Thanks again for a prompt response, this can be marked as closed.View Comment

For example if we have John Appleseed email@example.com and Jane Appleseed firstname.lastname@example.org, it will only sync one of the contacts since it is set to do it by unique email address? So either John or Jane will show, not both?View Comment

Reopening: If I add all contacts to my target list that is set to sync with mailchimp, will it automatically recognize duplicates that are already in our mailchimp database? Or will it push all contacts over, regardless if they already exist? I just don't want to have to deal with a mess of duplicates or select contacts one-by-one...View Comment

Thanks for your prompt response. If I am understanding correctly, I will need to create a List in SugarCRM, then add all new contacts manually to that list in order for that list to be synced to MailChimp? Meaning, each time a new contact is added into Sugar, we will have to manually add them to that new list?View Comment
