ACCESS TO USERS FEEDBACKS

DEDICATED ROLE A role called « User satisfaction administrator » is created during package installation. Only Sugar Admins and role members can access to module.

USER SATISFACTION MENU A new "User Satisfaction" menu is useful for managing the users’ feedbacks.

An out-of-the-box report named « KPI – User Satisfaction » displays the feedbacks that users gave the current month.

KPIs Any user can add the ‘User Satisfaction’ dashlet on its homepage ; however only the Sugar administrators and the members of the role named ‘User satisfaction administrator’ are allowed to see the KPIs :

If the user has not been granted the role to see these KPIs, he will see the following message:
