monday.com for SugarCRM Installation Guide

Instalation process

In your SugarCRM instance, go to admin Select "Module Loader" inside "Developer Tools" Choose the file Eligeo sent you and upload it Once it's done uploading, click in "Install", then click "Commit"

After it is installed, go to admin and in the bottom of the page you will see "monday.com connector". Click on it to start setting the integration. Inside it, you will need to add your monday token. To find the token, go to your monday instance and click on Admin.

Inside "Admin", click on "API". At the top you will see "Personal API Token", click "Generate" and copy the token. Back in Sugar, paste the API token inside the "monday token" field and click "Save". Once it loads, select the board you want to connect from the dropdown list and map the columns you want to show inside sugar. You can add as many columns as you want and when you are done, click on "Save"

After this is done, click on "Profile", then click on "Edit" and add the same monday token in the "monday API key" field and click on "Save"

And that's it for the installation process.

Adding a monday item to an account or contact

Click on the star button (favorite) to show updates on the dashlet Go to admin >> Developers tool >> Studio >> Layout Add row for each column, then drag the columns and click save

Columns will now show on record

To view updates from a Monday item in a record, add dashlet "monday updates”. By favoriting an item in the Monday module, updates from that item will show in the dashlet.

You can also set the period of your monday scheduler to keep information updated between both platforms.
