  • Modify Fields - Update Fields in either the process object or related object. Update all fields in related objects
  • Create New Records - New Sugar objects, such as Opportunities, Cases, or even custom modules can be created as a process task. Multiple options for setting field values include using templates, setting by field, setting by value.
  • Run Custom PHP Scripts - Run your own custom PHP scripts that can do anything you need to have done in SugarCRM.
  • Assign records to individuals or round robin to groups of users
  • Create Project Tasks - Automate Project Management in Sugar by having PM Ent auto create Project Tasks when your Projects or created or modified.

      Hello Aulloa,
      You create roles in SugarCRM and add users to these roles. When you need an object to be distributed/assigned to a group of people in a round robin way, you will select Route Object as a process task then choose routing type = Round Robin. When objects are created or modified in Sugar, they will be assigned to the members of this Role in a round robin distribution.

      Yes - you could setup a process in process manager to create a Sugar Task, then a second process that assigns new tasks created by process manager in a round robin manner.

    Can you be a bit more specific on the question? We support all modules in SugarCRM - the out of box modules and any module created in Module Builder. In addition, you can work with related modules. But please let us know the specific workflow you are looking for.
