Can you do a Quick Repair and Rebuild and then send us a picture of what the menu looks like under the Employee's tab

You are using 6.5.16 of Sugar but which Edition? CE, Pro, Corp, Ent, or Ult)?

Installed as requested, however no additional menu seen!... the report to field appear in the user settings.... CE, Sugar 6.2

I'm sorry to inform you, that we are no longer supporting this add-on. It will be removed from SugarOutfitters. If you purchased it and need your money back, SugarOutfitters can provide assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience, we thought that this had been disabled previously.
