View MailChimp Campaign Summary Report in Sugar

The MailChimp Campaign Summary Report Dashlet allows you to see MailChimp campaign results in real-time from within SugarCRM. This is a great tool for quickly seeing how your MailChimp campaigns are performing without having to leave Sugar.

How to Setup the MailChimp Campaign Summary dashlet in Sugar 7

First, go to your Home Dashboard page. You can get there by clicking the Sugar cube in the top left corner. The dashlet is installable to your home dashboard page. If you are using the Professional edition, you can also install this on the SugarChimp Activity module page.

In the upper right corner, click the dropdown arrow next to "Create" and click "Edit".

This will allow you to add a new dashlet to your dashboard. Add a new row to your dashboard.

Once the new row is added, click the large plus sign.

When you do this, a list of available dashlets will appear. You want to select the dashlet called "MailChimp Campaign Summary". If you do not see this in the list, you may want to refresh the page and follow the steps to get back to this point. If the dashlet still does not appear, try logging out and then logging back in to Sugar.

After clicking on the dashlet, click "Save".

Once all of this is setup, you'll see a nice dashlet full of your previously sent MailChimp Campaign data.

    This option is not listed in Dashboard dashlets list. We are running version 7.1 and I am able to see MailChimp stats at the Contact or Lead level in the dashlet. I've tried refreshing the screen and logging out and back in again but still not available. Anything I should try? Thanks

      Hi there, a couple things to check:

      1) I show you are running version 7.0.16a of SugarChimp. First make sure you're using 7.1.0 by going to the Admin > Health Status page to verify. If you aren't on 7.1, simply go to your orders https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders and downloaded the latest version and install it over what you have installed (no need to uninstall).

      2) Make sure you are trying to add the dashlet from the Homepage dashboard and not any other module.

    Thanks for the fast response. My error - I thought we were running 7.1. Installed the newer version. Needed to close and reopen the browser before it came in to effect but all working now. Many thanks

    Hi, I have the problem that it only show the campaigns of the last week - is there a way to include all campaigns we ever had?

      Hello, sorry for the issues. It looks like you have SugarChimp 7.8.0a installed on that Sugar instance. I would recommend installing the latest package and I believe that will solve the issue. You can download the latest (7.8.3h) here:
      - Then go to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader and upload and install the zip file and click install (do not uninstall the old package). After you do this, go back to the campaigns dashlet and see if you have data showing. If not, please create a support case here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/support/sugarchimp Thanks!
