When you designed and built this app, what problems were you looking to solve for SugarCRM users?
BonitaSoft's SugarCRM app or Connector, links BonitaSoft process tasks to SugarCRM and allows for powerful workflow management capabilities. We therefore sought to enhance the workflow capabilities in Sugar. These workflow capabilities enable organizations to streamline time-consuming customer-related processes such as:
- Sales budget approvals
- Campaign execution
- Lead qualification
- Lead routing
- Request for proposal (RFP) submissions
- Sales follow-up
- Reference management
- Case routing
What inspired you to build this app?
Processes like deal management, order fulfillment, and exception handling may be triggered inside of a CRM application, but they require an orchestrated effort between the multiple teams, etc to be performed properly. We designed this app to automate these processes.
What attracted you to being a part of the Sugar ecosystem?
The Sugar ecosystem provides numerous opportunities to network and gain visibility on SugarForge.org and SugarExchange.com.
What has been the most rewarding part of being a part of the Sugar ecosystem?
The BonitaSoft team participated in SugarCon last month for the first time, which was a great experience. We enjoyed networking Sugar customers and fellow partners. The conference really opened our eyes to the effect Sugar is having and how much influence the product has.
What do you want to build next for Sugar?
No plans to bulid a new app but deepen BonitaSoft's connection with Sugar CRM.
