Do you want your Sugar users to see when they are mentioned in Activity Stream? Then this little logic hook is your solution!
The Notification area in upper, right hand corner displays a number of unread messages from Activity Stream. A new Notification record with a web link to that record is created each time a user is mentioned with @mention in Activity Stream. Very simple install.
