This is a very elegant approach to a tricky problem. The best part is that you simply select any existing dashboard as the basis for your template. I was worried that you would have to recreate dashboards to make templates, being able to simply copy one that works is a much, much better solution.

Good product, does what it says it will do. I have used it to deploy standard dashboards to 200 users.

The only drawback i've found is that its a bit all or nothing. If i deploy a standard dashboard, it overwrites the individual users 'My Dashboard' as well. Thats okay for new user setup, but annoying for experienced users.
